Refund & Cancellation Policy

At EternalGraceWeddings Photography & Videography, we strive to provide exceptional wedding photography and videography services. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we have outlined our Refund & Cancellation Policy to ensure clarity and fairness for our clients.


1. Booking & Deposit Policy

  • To secure a booking, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total service fee is required at the time of confirmation.
  • The deposit ensures that your date is reserved and is deducted from the final service balance.
  • 50% of the main balance must be paid 15 days before the wedding/event date.
  • And remaining 20% must be paid after the products (deliverables) is delivered.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation by Client:
    • If cancellation is made 10 days or more before the scheduled event, 50% of the deposited amount will be refunded.
    • If cancellation is made within 10 days of the event, no refund will be provided.
  • Cancellation by EternalGraceWedding:
    • In the rare case that we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., emergencies, health issues), we will offer a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit, or arrange for an equivalent professional replacement.

3. Rescheduling Policy

  • If the client needs to reschedule the event, the new date is subject to our availability.
  • A rescheduling request must be made at least 15 days before the original event date.
  • If the new date is available, the deposit and payments made will be transferred with no extra charge. If the new date is unavailable, the cancellation policy will apply.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5 business days.
  • No refunds will be provided for services already rendered or partially completed work.
  • If dissatisfaction arises due to reasonable concerns, we offer a revision or re-editing process to meet client expectations.

5. Force Majeure

  • EternalGraceWedding is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other emergencies. In such cases, we will work with the client to reschedule or provide a partial refund where applicable.

6. Contact & Dispute Resolution

  • Any refund or cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to etergraceweddings@gmail.com.
  • We strive to resolve any disputes amicably; however, if needed, disputes will be handled in accordance with jurisdiction’s law.
