1. Digital Deliverables
- All edited photos and videos will be delivered electronically via a secure online gallery, cloud storage, or other agreed-upon methods.
- Delivery timelines for digital files:
- Photography: 45 days after the wedding/event
- Videography: 45 days after the wedding/event
- Highlight Films & Full Wedding Films: 45 days after the wedding/event
2. Physical Deliverables (If Applicable)
- If you have opted for printed albums, USB drives, or any other physical deliverables, they will be shipped via a trusted courier service.
- Shipping timelines for physical products:
- Printed Albums: 2 weeks after final photo approval
- USB Drives: 15 days after final editing completion
- Shipping costs, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of booking or product selection.
3. Shipping & Delivery Locations
- We offer domestic shipping within India. For international shipping, additional charges and delivery timelines may apply.
- Delivery times may vary based on location, courier service, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or customs delays.
4. Expedited Delivery
- If you require urgent delivery, please contact us in advance. Additional charges may apply for expedited processing and shipping.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
- EternalGraceWedding is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or external factors beyond our control.
- In the rare event of a lost or damaged shipment, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the courier service.
