1. Introduction

Welcome to EternalGraceWedding Photography & Videography. By booking our wedding photography and videography services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms ensure a smooth working relationship between our clients and our team.

2. Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your wedding photography and videography booking date.
• The remaining balance must be paid 10 days before the event.
• Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Cash.
• Wedding photography and videography bookings are subject to availability and will only be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 10 days before the event will forfeit the deposit.
• Cancellations made within 2 days of the event may be subject to additional charges.
• In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, emergencies), rescheduling wedding photography and videography services is subject to availability and agreement.

4. Service Delivery

• We will provide professional wedding photography and videography services as per the selected package.
• Raw footage is not included unless explicitly stated in the package.
• Final wedding photography and videography edits will be delivered within 7 weeks after the event.
• All deliverables will be provided in digital and printed format as per the package.

5. Copyright & Usage Rights

• EternalGraceWedding retains copyright over all wedding photography and videography content taken.
• Clients are granted personal usage rights; commercial use requires written consent.
• We reserve the right to use selected wedding photography and videography images/videos for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

• The client must ensure all necessary permissions (e.g., venue access, drone usage) are obtained before the wedding photography and videography event.
• Any special requests must be communicated in writing before the event.
• The client is responsible for the conduct of guests to ensure smooth execution of wedding photography and videography services.

7. Liability & Force Majeure

• EternalGraceWedding is not liable for unforeseen circumstances such as equipment failure, natural disasters, or client-related delays.
• In case of technical failure, our liability is limited to a partial refund or reshoot (if feasible).

8. Amendments to Terms

• EternalGraceWedding reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Clients will be informed of any major changes that may affect their wedding photography and videography bookings.
